
Volunteer Opportunities
- Homemaker services: Preparing a sandwich or light meal for patient
- Provide respite for three hours a week, one day a week
- Run errands for patient/family
- Provide Tuck-N-Call Services: Volunteer calls patient family every week, usually Thursdays or Fridays, to assess their needs for the weekend. Volunteer will call Hospice of Davidson County to report to appropriate staff
- Read to patients
- Yard work for patient/family
- Make crafts for patient/families
- Cut and style patient’s hair
- Clerical work in the office
- Assist with annual fundraiser
- Deliver medications
